1Who we are

ClaimDesk is operated by Dirivian B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 99092727), with its registered address at Science Park 608, Unit A.08, 1098 XH Amsterdam, Netherlands. In these terms, “ClaimDesk”, “we” and “us” mean Dirivian B.V.; “you” means the person or business using the service.

You can reach us at support@claimdesk.me (to be confirmed).

2What the service is

ClaimDesk is a software tool for e-commerce sellers, primarily sellers in India. You upload reports you have exported from your own courier and marketplace accounts (for example a Shiprocket weight discrepancy export or an Amazon India settlement report). ClaimDesk analyses those files, flags charges that look recoverable, shows indicative dispute deadlines, and prepares paperwork you can use to file disputes with your provider.

ClaimDesk does not connect to your seller accounts, does not file disputes on your behalf, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Shiprocket, Amazon, any courier, or any marketplace. All filing is done by you, in your own accounts, at your own discretion.

3Estimates, not promises

This section matters more than any other, so here it is in plain words.

Every amount ClaimDesk shows you is an estimate, computed from the data in the files you upload. Your files may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors we cannot detect. Every deadline ClaimDesk shows you is indicative; providers change their dispute windows without notice, and the window that applies to your account may differ from the one we show.

ClaimDesk gives no guarantee of recovery. We do not promise that any flagged amount is actually owed to you, that any dispute you file will succeed, or that any provider will accept a dispute pack we prepare. We accept no liability for dispute windows that close before you file, for disputes that are rejected, or for any difference between an estimated amount and what you actually recover.

You are responsible for verifying every claim against your provider’s own panel or dashboard before filing it. ClaimDesk exists to make that verification fast, not to replace it.

4Your account

You sign in with an email address or a Google account. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in email secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and you must be uploading data you are entitled to use. If you use ClaimDesk on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

5Payments

Seeing your estimated recoverable total is free. Unlocking the full report, order-level detail, and dispute packs is a one-time paid purchase at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you buy.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Dodo Payments handles the billing transaction, applicable taxes including GST, and the execution of refunds. Prices shown to you include applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

A subscription plan may be offered later; if it is, its terms and price will be shown clearly before you subscribe.

6Your data and your files

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You give us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service to you. How we handle your data, including what we deliberately never store, is described in our privacy policy. Deleting your account deletes your files and every record derived from them.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload data you do not have the right to use, or data belonging to another seller without their permission;
  • use ClaimDesk output to file disputes you know to be false or misleading;
  • probe, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own offering without our written agreement;
  • use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or limit accounts that breach this section while we investigate.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost recoveries, missed dispute windows, or the outcome of any dispute you file.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

9Termination

You can stop using ClaimDesk at any time, and you can delete your account and all your data from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and, in cases where a remedy is possible, do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after we notify you. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring the dispute elsewhere.
